Microsoft 365
Make the everyday tools work together.
Email, meetings, shared files and sign-in are connected. We help you manage Microsoft 365 around the people who use it and the information they need.
Discuss your requirementScope starts with people and access
A useful setup starts with knowing who needs an account, which tools their role requires and who can approve access. We review the existing arrangement with you, including administrative ownership and licence fit, so everyday changes have a clear starting point. Shared responsibilities should not depend on sharing one person's password.
The outcome: a clear structure for everyday work
Shared mailboxes, Teams and shared files serve different purposes. We help you decide where information belongs and how colleagues should reach it. The aim is a structure people can understand, with sensible ownership and permissions, rather than another place to store a duplicate document.
A planned process for changes
Moving email, changing account settings or reorganising shared data needs preparation. We agree the scope, check the dependencies and explain what users may notice. A change plan should include validation and a handover, so the business knows what has moved, what remains and who can answer the next question.
Connect administration with security and recovery
Multi-factor authentication adds a sign-in check; it does not decide who should have access to a file. Likewise, file synchronisation does not settle every recovery need. We consider account protection, permissions, departing-user handovers and backup requirements together, while keeping each responsibility clear.
Before we begin
Frequently asked questions about Microsoft 365 work.
- Can you work with our existing setup? We begin by reviewing the current accounts, services and ownership. The proposed work can then address what needs changing while accounting for the parts the team already uses.
- Do all our files need to move? No move should be assumed. Where files belong depends on how people use them, the access requirements and the agreed project scope.
